Confirmation – Block Island Appreciation and Trade Show – Registration, Hotel and Event Details

Thank you for registering for the Block Island Contractor Appreciation Trade Show!  You will receive an invoice emailed to you confirming your registration with payment information.

Below are important details to complete your stay and trip to the island.

Date: May 16, 2023

Time: Be sure to have your table(s) set up by 5 pm

Location: The Spring House Hotel, Spring St., Block Island, RI 401.466.5844. Spring House is the best group meeting venue on the Island is home to the Block Island Show. Vendors set up a 5′ table in the spacious dining and lounge area and are greeted by attendees at 6 pm.  This is the perfect time to get your products in front of the professionals on the island as they begin their construction projects and finishing touches to get housing ready for the summer season.

Cost: $500 per table. Upon registering, your Invoice and Confirmation will arrive immediately via email and is payable by check or with co-op dollars.

Event Details:  Passed hors d’oeuvres and a punch card drawing for the grand door prize will be sure to keep attendees engaged, a superb continuous buffet is served from 7 pm till… followed by raffles, networking, and cocktails.

The last ferry off the island is at 5pm, so you will need to make overnight accommodations at the Spring House Hotel 401-466-5844. Room Rates are $175 for standard and $250 for suites plus taxes. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis so we recommend booking early.

Ferry Information:
The ferry leaves from Point Judith, RI at 8:30 am, 11 am, and 3 pm the day of the show. If you will be taking a vehicle over, you must call the ferry office in advance to make a vehicle reservation. The return trip is on Wednesday morning at 8:15 am, 11:30 am, 3 pm, or 5 pm. The ferry rates and schedules are available online at www.blockislandferry.com.
