Arnold Lumber Company, its employees and customers are avid supporters of the Rhode Island Builders Association, one of the largest business associations in the State, and the only one serving the housing industry. A progressive, not-for-profit organization addressing the shelter needs of the community.
The Rhode Island Builders Association was established in 1945 to addresses the shelter needs of the community. RIBA supports the building industry’s effort to enhance economic growth and the quality of life in Rhode Island. Members enjoy tremendous resources such as free education programs, industry related services, networking, insurance programs, marketing opportunities, social events, government relations and so much more.
Nation Assocation of Home Builders (NAHB)
Arnold Lumber Company along with the National Association of Home Builders and its members take an active role in improving communities everywhere.
NAHB is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.
NAHB has a long history in the industry and with serving its members. NAHB's various groups analyze policy issues, work toward improving the housing finance system, and analyze and forecast economic and consumer trends. NAHB and its members take an active role in improving communities everywhere.
Retail Lumber Association (RILBMDA)
Arnold Lumber Company and its employees actively support the Rhode Island Lumber and Building Materials Dealers Associations commitment to its members. The RILBMDA has developed a most respected government affairs program and became the first state in the Northeast to secure grant money for workplace training. RILBMDA has accomplished these milestones with their staunch supporters like Arnold Lumber which allows for the offering of social and educational programs to further benefit the industry.
Northeastern Retail Lumber Association (NRLA)
Arnold Lumber Company and its employees belong to the Northeastern Retail Lumber Association to assist its mission to unite, represent, train, and lead independent lumber and building material dealers doing business in the northeastern United States.
