50 North Home Apartments – North Kingstown, RI

50 North Home Apartments brings modern comfort and convenience to North Kingstown with 88 luxury townhome-style apartments designed for today’s lifestyles. Each two-bedroom residence spans approximately 1,200 square feet and offers a private entry, front porch, patio, and an unfinished basement for additional storage. 434 Atwells Avenue is a new Energy Star–rated, five-story, podium-style mixed-use building currently under construction in Providence’s vibrant Federal Hill neighborhood.
